Postman Tutorial

How to get started with Postman and Corva:​

Prerequisites:

  1. Download the Postman app.
  2. Request your company's API KEY.
  3. Open Postman app.
  4. Click on Workspaces / My Workspaces.

  1. To add a new environment, click the Environments button.

  1. Click New button.

  1. Click on Environment in pop-up window.

  1. Name your Environment.

  1. Populate the VARIABLE, INITIAL VALUE AND CURRENT VALUE fields.
  2. Save.

  1. Click on the Collections button.

  1. Click on + to add a New Collection.

  1. Within the New Collection, add a New Request.

  1. Select your New Environment.

  1. Select Headers.
  2. Under KEY column input Authorization.
  3. Under VALUE column input your API Key name in the following format: {{COMPANY_API_KEY}}

  1. You are now ready to input the URL and Query Params.
